The therapists offer professional and confidential, Hypnotherapy, Thought Field Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique and Life Coaching therapies, in a completely safe and non-judgemental setting. They are committed to helping people resolve emotional issues or negative habits to allow them to move forward with their lives in a positive way.

In brief, Hypnotherapy uses Hypnosis to induce a deep state of relaxation, during which our unconscious minds are highly receptive to new perspectives and ideas.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a treatment developed by Dr. Roger Callahan. It can heal a variety of mental and physical ailments through specialised "tapping" with the fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands. The therapy is extremely quick and very effective.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) focuses on our patterns of languague and thought to help faciliate changes in the way we feel, think and behave.

Life Coaching helps us to achieve our true potential by providing a framework for defining, monitoring and ultimately achieving specific, life enhancing goals.
